Alfan Kasdar
For more than ten years, Alfan has worked in education, good governance, and community empowerment. He has extensive experience in various roles, including Field Director at Atma Connect, Program Officer at Malteser International, and Founder of the CareShare Community. In 2009–2010, Alfan was a fellow at the Affiliated Network for Social Accountability in East Asia and the Pacific. His experience includes community empowerment programs for low-income communities across Indonesia, such as the Community-Based Disaster Risk Reduction program in Aceh and gender-responsive budgeting advocacy in West Java. In his spare time, Alfan enjoys farming and traveling.

Silvia Yulianti
Silvia has worked for nearly 20 years in both the profit and non-profit sectors, taking on various roles related to community development, program management, environmental consulting, and sustainability. Through Sakawarga’s partnership with Atma Connect, Silvia also serves as the Program Director at Atma Connect, where she leads the organization’s programs and activities in Indonesia focused on community development through the use of information technology. Her role also includes promoting women’s participation and building partnerships with women’s organizations across Indonesia. Silvia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Indonesia and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Science and Technology from UNESCO-IHE Delft, the Netherlands.

Jimmy Welles
Jimmy has extensive experience as a market researcher, translator, and lecturer. He received an AusAID/ADS scholarship from 2010 to 2012 and holds a Master’s degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from La Trobe University, Australia.

David Khoirul
David is a graphic designer and voice artist, with a diverse portfolio that includes major names such as HBO, Google, Uber, Nissan, Dunlop, FedEx, and many more. He communicates in English, Indonesian, and Javanese.

Widi Heriyanto
Widi Heriyanto is a governance and development specialist with over 20 years of experience in participatory planning, gender-responsive budgeting, and social accountability. A co-founder of Sakawarga, he champions the use of technology for better public policy and sustainable community development. Widi has worked with ministries, development partners, and civil society across Indonesia to advance transparency and inclusive governance. As a National Facilitator for Gender-Responsive Budgeting at the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection, he has supported more than 100 local governments and led ADB–Bappenas projects in Batam, Samarinda, and Brebes.

Danardono Siradjuddin
Danardono Siradjudin, or Danar, is an activist who played a key role in advancing Indonesia’s Public Information Disclosure Law (KIP) in 2008. Active in the movement since 2001 with the Civil Society Coalition for Freedom of Information (KMI), he also contributed to developing the annotated version of the law with the Central Information Commission. Danar has extensive experience in governance and transparency, working with organizations such as the Asian Development Bank’s BISA Programme, the Open Government Indonesia Secretariat, and USAID CEGAH. He holds multiple licenses and certifications in Social Accountability, Organizational Evaluation, and Evidence-Based Policy Analysis. .

Indra Alfonso
Indra has over ten years of experience in finance, accounting, and operations across commercial and development sectors. An experienced leader, he has a strong track record in business planning and development, data management, project coordination, talent acquisition, account reconciliation, due diligence, and financial reporting. Over the past decade, he has contributed to projects with the World Bank (PNPM Mandiri), FHI 360, Mercy Corps, GGGI, the Embassy of the Netherlands, and Oxford Policy Management.

Aisyah Gunung
Aisyah is a community technology specialist with over 10 years of experience in product management and digital platform development. She has led product strategy and innovation across various startups and tech organizations in Southeast Asia and the United States, spanning EduTech, e-commerce, marketplaces, and government technology systems. At Saka Warga, Aisyah oversees product direction and strategy, integrating human-centered design with scalable technology practices. She is committed to creating sustainable, user-friendly digital solutions that strengthen community resilience in facing social and environmental challenges.

Dave Turner
Dave Turner is an experienced technologist with a long track record as a CTO and founder of multiple tech startups. He founded biNu, a mobile platform that brought digital access to low-connectivity regions in Africa, emphasizing efficiency, simplicity, and ease of adoption. Since 2018, Dave has served as a technology advisor for Atma Connect and Saka Warga, ensuring that system architectures remain lightweight, reliable, and adaptable to diverse field contexts. His background in startups and mobile-first innovation provides a strong foundation for Saka Warga to build inclusive and impactful digital platforms.

Rahma Batari
Rahma is passionate about product and business management, with experience in digital businesses across the marketplace, property, and EduTech sectors. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Padjadjaran University, majoring in Information Systems. Rahma has worked as a Product Manager at Bukalapak, an e-commerce platform, and contributed to product management for government platforms in IT consultancy. Rahma is eager to apply her skills in driving impactful digital solutions.
